Well here is your challenge…. •Choose your fitness level and grab a timer! •Complete the corresponding repetitions of each exercise •Complete in order •Rest as needed •Record your final time Advanced Intermediate Beginner Exercises 200 reps 100 reps 60 reps Squats (90 degree) 160 reps 80 reps 45 reps Walking Lunges 120 reps 60 reps 30 reps Push ups 80 reps 40 reps 15 reps Pullups (assisted if needed) 60 reps 20 reps 10 reps Full Sit up 40 reps 10 reps 5 reps Burpees FINAL TIME???
