Workout class starts soon ... Time for me to get back on track after my great mini Vacation with my husband and our good friends Jason Dewey and Paula Quigley. We had a great time at the lake, ate way to much and soaked up the sun. Paula and I even did a little shopping. I easily could of spend 3 or 4 more days on the lake. Life is about stopping everything and taking the time to relax and enjoy good company. I am lucky to have such great friends!
