World Breastfeeding Week Australia shared the following: ANNOUNCEMENT: Early enrollment deadline is close please contact Sydel to secure your place, see more here: https://facebook/events/493307264111019/ Hi Everyone, Maha and I are moving to finalising bookings, plane tickets etc and we are very excited about bringing BellydanceBirth as a full training to Perth. As you know this is the first time that Maha Al Musa will be running all levels together like this and giving permission to then teach BellydanceBirth. We are literally I feel at the birth at a new movement. There is currently a lot of excitement in both the US and Japan (plus) re Mahas work and Maha is getting a lot of recognition from many leaders in the field for the contribution she is making. Sheila Kitzenger recently included some of Mahas movements in one of her books. I was personally very inspired by Mahas work. The soft circular slow movements of dance as shared in Mahas training are liberating for the birthing woman taking her deep into her body and being and creating a shared sense and connection to all the many generations of women who have birthed before her at the same time. Mahas work is both practical and poetic and the trainings in complement with whatever your speciality is whether midwife, doula, birth educator, yoga teacher, doctor will be a great source of inspiration and knowledge that you will have great joy in sharing with the women who you work with.
