World Engineering Congress (WEC-2013) Call for Papers Dear Colleagues, Pakistan Engineering Council is organizing the 5th World Engineering Congress (WEC-2013) of the Federation of Engineering Institutions of the Islamic Countries (FEIIC) on September 23-25, 2013 at Islamabad, in collaboration with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). WEC is one of the main and regular activities of the FEIIC to which Pakistan is a member.
