World Ragdoll Congress 2014 How amazing time did we have!! First i need to thank Kees van den Brink We never did tica but he helpen uss with anny thing from our first experience with TOES to haveing a sturdy and a room in the hotel. Everything he did for uss was spot on perfectly! Second i need to thank the organisation: Mirjam SchroeversLies BethAmy Stadter and Kees van den Brink (i hope i dont forget someone?) Now my experience: We came there on Friday around 17.30 according to the program this was just before dinner would start. So we did a quick chek in and went to the dinnr area. We got told the program was runing late and went to the Seminar where was spoken about manny things :) since we came in in the midle of a story and didnt have time for a drink in the last 2 hours we decided we first needed to get a coffee so we where gone to the bar area having a drink and waiting for dinner. Dinner was nice and tasty and we where readdy for the rest of the program. We found a good place to sit and there where 3 seminars left for the evening we started with the seminar about fertilety and the proses of giving birth for females. After this it was time for the Breed seminar this was the part i was really looking foreward to. Amy Stadter and Mirjam did a Good job and they presented the breed seminar made by the curent Tica ragdoll breed comite on a real good way! The things in shown where also shown in multiple cats. Next to this there where also pictures both with good and bad exemples of ragdoll who gave a option for discusion with was used by some people and all where answerd in a respective way. During this there was also a Judge: Aline Noël-Garel (Canada) what a funny lady and super how she explained how they chek all cats on every point. It was just all amazing! After this all people new to Tica where explained by Amy & Ralph Stadter how the rings where working and this helped uss al alot on Saturda! After this we had some drinks and in the bar and a lot off laughs :) Saturday morning it was time to get readdy but first brackfest. After this was done we went to the showhal and getting our sturdy readdy and Contessa did like this sturdy way better then those cages with the traditional shows! We cheked out from the hotel room and then we went to attent the show and have talks with those people i only known from internet and finaly we could meet in persone. Because it was so bussy there was no time to talk with all the ragdoll people but the time was amazing! We only signed in for the 3 ragdoll congress rings coze it was the first time so this gave me a option to watch around and learn even more. All things i didnt understand where explained by those people who are showng tica for a long time and no one was nasty or didnt wanted to answer. Contessa did like the attention in the 3 rings she attended and it was funny to see here doing so good
