World Rhino Day & Dog Days of Summer! Join us tomorrow Sunday, September 21 and enjoy the dog days of Summer at our Painted Dog exhibit. Take in a keeper chat at 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. and learn about these unique animals that are distant cousins of your dog at home. Take a short walk over to the Rhino exhibit as we celebrate World Rhino Day. Visit our Eastern Black Rhinoceros exhibit and learn more about this endangered species. We will have three keeper chats that include watching the Rhinos paint at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Docents will also be answering your questions and showing off biofacts. These activities take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Painted Dog and Rhino exhibits located in Africa.
