Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Norwegian Airlines. On Tuesday night, I went on line and booked flights to and from Copenhagen, leaving Ft. Lauderdale on 4 November. Their November schedule shows no such flights from Ft. Lauderdale on that date. I called and, after 30 minutes on hold, I spoke with an agent who said, Thats wrong. We will be flying to Copenhagen on that day.. Fine. I booked the flights, reserved my seats, meals, everything. All set, right? Wrong! On Friday, I got an email informing me that there are no such flights on 4 November and my outgoing flight was changed to 3 November. Since Id already booked my hostel in Copenhagen for 5-7 November, a departure on the 3rd would require a layover of 24 hours in Oslo. After another 30 minute wait to speak with a Norwegian agent, I was asked if I would like to fly out on 2 November, requiring a TWO night layover in Oslo. No. Back and forth we went for another 15 minutes. Finally, he agreed that theyd refund my money. He said it would take 1-2 weeks for the money to go back on my credit card. Now, I have start the booking process again from scratch with a different airline. #-@€¥°°¢£!!!!! Beware Norwegian Air!
