Would also like to say massive good luck to my Rosie today, this past 8 months has been difficult for Rosie due to her injury to her knee over 12 months ago, she has struggled with training and keeping up and has been so frustrated because she hasnt been able to give it her all, those of u who know my Rosie know very well how hard she can train n is very determined, so unfortunately she has missed the last 2 grading.... But today she is being given the opportunity to show Sensei how far she has come since her struggle, she is attending her assessment for her 1st dan :) and hopefully she will walk away today with a yes you can go to the grading next month or here are the things u need to work on !! Either way good luck bab, do ur very best and whatever the outcome keep smiling because you are a star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ xxx
