Would anyone else agree that 30 minutes to wait in a drive thru at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT is UNACCEPTABLE? Last night, I let the crew of a Steak N Shake here in North Lakeland HAVE IT, because besides having to wait quite a long time just to place an order, I then pulled up to the window PAID for that order, and was LEFT at the window for 32 MINUTES. This despite honking my horn to get someones attention to tell them I WAS OVER IT, and that I didnt want to wait any longer, but my honking was ignored. FINALLY, they came to the window ready to give me my sandwich.... AND I WENT THE F*CK OFF! To add insult to injury, no mgr, was on duty that could give me the refund, so I have to come back TODAY, when there IS a mgr there. You can ONLY IMAGINE, what round 2 will be like, when I go in today, because TRUST, Im going back, getting my refund, serving a hot dose of reality, and a tongue lashing, and then calling corporate at 1 (877) 785-6745 (yall already KNOW, I got that number sitting there last night). This happened between 3:50-4:30 am this morning. So I left hungry, and am now just getting up... STILL HUNGRY, which adds to my cranky mood. I am OBSESSED with customer service. I strived to give it when I managed an American Eagle Outfitters, and I believe it should be given to me when I am shopping in someone elses establishment. So if I walk up into your joint... Please give the service I and every customer am entitled to... Cause I am articulate and educated and I know how to COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE AND I DONT PLAY! And with that said, let me climb up out this bed, and go get MY MONEY!
