Would be an accurate description except for the part about the American Taxpayer! Calling yourself that, according to Title 26 U.S.C.S., a.k.a. Internal Revenue Code, you acquiesce your rights as an American, become a U.S. Citizen, sign a 1040 CONTRACT, and volunteer, for most people, your compensation as income. In other words, except for excise and sales taxes, you are GIVING it to them, therefore, it is not robbery. (Never refer to yourself as a TAXPAYER to the IRS).
