Would like to nominate my friend, practice member, and office assistant Kristina for assistant of the year after seeing this that she wrote in a draft of our forthcoming office policies and procedures manual. Most importantly, do not interrupt Dr. Katie while she is treating Practice Members. She is not available for questions about the work you are doing, to answer phone calls, or speak with visitors. She will make exceptions to this based on her own judgment, and may inform you if she is expecting an important call or visitor and wants you to in-form her. Additionally, when Dr. Katie is taking a quick break from the treatment room while people are in the middle of treatment, it might be disruptive to her process to ask questions about spreadsheets, emails, etc. You may pose your questions in emails and/or notes to her to be answered later. Use your best judgment and/or hold off on making decisions that need her input. Love you, Kristina Fluty
