Would this be a horror story or a tragedy? Eight days ago, May - TopicsExpress

Would this be a horror story or a tragedy? Eight days ago, May 29 a phone from rewards was delivered by the Globe Telecom courier but to receive the phone, I had to settle my bill ONLY IN CASH to the courier. Yesterday, I got stressed out by an SMS saying I have not paid my bill, Abala/stress #1. Agent on the hotline said they have not received the payment and I have to email my receipt which I do after a few hours, Abala #2. I called after midnight and they said their system is down and to call in the morning, Abala #3. I call at lunchtime and the agent said Id have to wait 24-48 hours for a reply. In the meantime I can be disconnected but I will surely be reconnected if I request it, Abala #4. I request for a suspension of the disconnection. An SMS later tells me MY REQUEST TO SUSPEND DISCONNECTION IS TURNED DOWN because they have not received my email of the receipt. I am asked to resend the receipt with other details that were not advised to me by the agent the first time. My question is if this is an internal problem between you and your courier, why is the burden and the stress including possibility of the penalty of disconnection all mine? Why cant Globe investigate the courier and trace the payment? The phone would not have been released without a payment and the only allowed form is CASH. Apologies for the use of upper case for emphasis on this post. What genre is this: tragedy or horror?
