Because I so I could have called out this Wellington cop on his lies tonight!! as he pulled me over and give me a warning for no license plate light and I knew for a fact that both of them were working.. Thinking the whole time do I confront him and prove him wrong so he can make something else up? Haha, I dont think so!!
