Wouldnt it be good if there were an Ethical tourism stream where holidaying in poor economies locations and using local services graciously to the max, and even teach locals better service if one knows a better way, to help those in those communities to earn a living. Do any governments supply teachers and basic education needs to communities such as Madagascar etc? A teacher supplied wouldnt need as much over there except for paying their established bills in their home countries. And their use of locals for domestic service would benefit over there.
