Wow. As Im driving Emma to school this morning,theres a van in front of us as we leave big canoe, They have a DVD player ,playing some kid show. It stays in front of us as we head towards dville, we passed handy corner and Emma and I are chatting away and then there is a lull in our conversation. All of a sudden a deer runs in front of the van but enough to where they dont slam on their brakes. I thought,wow that person was lucky, and I look to my right and see the deer,it was facing the road. I look in my rearview and think,I hope it doesnt run back into the road, since there was a vehicle behind me. That was car was probably doing 50-55 I was doing about 60. As Im looking in my mirror,the right front light flickers and then goes out. I was like, that was odd...I keep looking,and the car was stopped. At this point Im going like 30. So I turn around and hurry back. This deer had jacked up that side of the bumper. He couldnt un bend the bumper,it was jammed against his tire. He was fine. The deer was no where in site. Lady on her porch says they have Apple trees the deer eat. Thanks lady. I am just thankful that it didnt hit the van in front of me cause Im pretty sure it would had been a nasty hit and I woulda hit her in her butt. And Im thankful it didnt run back in front of me cause it would had messes up my car. The vehicle it hit was some suv.
