Wow! Had my last African drumming rehearsal with my friends today...(sniff) To everyone going to One Billion Rising in San Jose February 14, be aware! Drumming is alive and well in SJ!! woot woot! Dance, drum and rise ladies and gentlemen against Violence against women and girls! Costa Rica made the world wide marketing video for this awesome, important event. By the way, Joyce Carson has offered to open her home for a couple of 1BR dance rehearsals and I will announce date and times soon!!! Wish i would be here for this wonderful event, 3 years running! But Arizona will be dancing, drumming and rising as well!
