Wow! I cant believe how popular my Jazz Hands puffin photo has been!! Thanks to everyone who has liked, commented and shared that photo!! As it has been so popular I thought Id share some of the others with you! Some of them really made me laugh as you could easily attribute a caption to them. Ive put them on my website at DruDodd/Wildlife for anyone that would like a print. The photos were taken with a 400mm f5.6 lens that my friend Kevin kindly lent me. To freeze puffins you need a shutter speed of 1/2500th of a second or faster as they are nippy birds! Id thoroughly recommend a trip out to the Farne Islands if youre in the north east. You can get to the island on one of Billy Shiels excellent boat trips, skippered by local sailors with expert knowledge of the area (farne-islands/). Such a brilliant day out for all ages.
