Wow. I just bent over to haul Katie out of her pack n play and something in my back went gooooiinnnngggg and the next thing I knew, I was rolling around on the floor, unable to move. I think all this coughing, coupled with bending at the waist to pick up the kidlet, caused a muscle in my lower back to send a temporary work stoppage order up to HQ. Biofeeeze and ibuprofen should help. At least Im now able to stand up. And from this day forward, anybody who calls 911 for back pain gets all the Fentanyl I can give. Damn.
