Wow Im feeling 100 % better today, especially since about 15 minutes ago! I washed the street down of all the debris today and while I was doing that Mino (Ora) came out and we talked a long time also I asked her if she had a recipe for carne guisada, then talked with Natalie Lerma as well. So they go back home and Im wrapping it up outside and here comes Mimo with pastries from El Bolillo that was a nice surprise! Went inside shower, nap, then got up watching the news and they had a segment on a recipe for carne guisada, my doorbell rings, I go to the door and Mimo says to open the garage. So I open the garage and what does she have? CARNE GUISADA, homemade! And homemade rice, beans and TORTILLAS! I could not thank her enough, she said she made it for me because I had worked so hard cleaning the street up, such a sweet lady...and feisty ;) So Ora Berbel THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart, I was really down earlier and because of your kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity I feel so much better! BTW that segment on the news was titled comfort food, imagine that! And thank you again Ora! =) And to Fred thank you yesterday for helping me out I appreciate it and am proud that Im your friend and brother!
