Wow! The first 3 days after the New Years was wonderful at Salsabor Prehispanic Delicatessen. We are almost 2 months old and yesterday, for the first time, we sold out of Chef Alfis Specialty Menu, which was made up of the Estofado de Istmo de Tehuantepec, Haba Haba Bean Soup, & Indigenous Creamy Cactus Ice cream. For those of you who didnt get any, Chef Alfi says he will continue with this special for this coming week!
