Wow. This is hands down the best fan film Ive ever seen. It starts off a little slow but push through it cause by the end its very intense and surprising emotional. What makes this so good is that the Joker is meant to be a mystery, no one knows where he came from. The only story of his origins is shown in Tim Burtons Batman, and that was fine, but this takes the character to a whole other level. Like i said its a fan film so there are some cheap looking parts to the movie, and it does start of a little slow but keep watching cause when the transformation happens... damn.
