Wow. This year has definitely been a wild ride. In my 19 years of existence I have never had to deal with so much stress. However, I dont mind, because it made me a stronger person overall. When you are put in situations that are tragic, you are tested to your fullest. You learn to cope, and you do what you can to make it through. I made some new friends, lost a few fake ones, learned lots, and will take some of this years tragedies and use them as future reminders. Two of my biggest losses this year were losing my grandmother in June after a long battle to cancer, and then crashing the car I inherited from her and losing my dog. The lesson that I am taking out of these losses is simple: cherish everything that you have. You are blessed, and you shouldnt take the things you have for granted; you never know when you will lose them. I am glad that my year ended on a fabulous note, with the best christmas present I have ever received. Now: time to get ready to celebrate the year with my loved ones, and prepare for a fantastic 2015!
