Wow! What a great day. Just discussed decor services with a major venue today and they are excited about working with us. Booked a large December job today because they attended last nights party and were blown away. As Bob Kinkade once said, the harder you work, the luckier you seem to be. After all the hard work weve put into our company, all the struggles weve faced and overcame, it now seems surreal that this is happening. Last nights party is one of a few parties that Ive been a part of that defines what I do best. We literally had raving reviews last night for the food and just how it was displayed. We hauled full size ovens, oversize fryer, full size commercial refrigerator, high top tables, banquet tables, p/a system, podium, 40 pound sheet of glass and a several hundred pounds of food and other equipment in to pull this event off. The client was absolutely ecstatic about the turnout for the event. You know youre doing something right when the client gladly puts you on the invitation. I love being a caterer. I love the catering high one achieves when the party is over and there are literally raving fans in the parking lot stopping to tell you that no one does events like us. This is why I spent the time and money traveling to Vegas annually to learn how to better myself as a professional. My clients deserve the best that can be offered and last night, we delivered the best event experience Minot has to offer without question. Thank you to our amazing staff Barb Benton Clemetson, Jessica Yeomans, Stephen Johnson for stepping up and making this possible. We may have been shorthanded but it didnt show to the client or the guests. You are truly amazing!
