Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! That takes care of comments for the next 3 pics and the 3rd is the huge harvest of Oyster mushrooms! Another marvelously magic day of mushroom manifestation madness. :) Thought a little alliteration was due. The last pic shows the abundant harvest of a few Hedgehog and Oyster mushrooms of which not all were taken a little past there prime and was only taking the cleaner ones making it easier on myself for dehydration preparation purposes. Used the Hedgehog mushrooms some Oysters and some Lobsters for a stir fry for dinner tonight which garden goodies and quinoa was used. A nice change from the brown and wild rice that is normally used. After dinner will be back at the prep work till a load for the dehydrator is accomplished or maybe will say enough for one day and finish the rest in another load tomorrow. Following my excitement sure keeps me busy. Was just going out for a stroll in the woods as a break from the work when the treasure was found. Always following my excitement and there was definitely not any expectations. This technique works and am always saying How can it get better than this Mother Earth, never saying it cant get better than this. Learning as I go and of course always being grateful.
