Wow an Indian.. restaurant has just opened nearby cant wait for a chicken Madras... When I first came to Spain many many moons ago there was a gastronomic desert south of the Pyrenees, well apart from a few isolated out posts nothings changed there ...if it walks on four legs grows in a field or clucks, fry it ..when I go to the market for a leg of lamb or a chicken Im asked if I want it chopped up. The principle of cooking something whole seems to be an alien one. Lashings of olive oil on everything is the order of the day ..but the odd thing is that very very few people are grossly overweight as the are at home. What really are useless calories? They must work
