Wow grief is such a complicated thing to deal with been really down the last few days and because of that Ive let other things frustrate and get on top of me . Ive felt like a freak and weird because of the fact I felt so down when I thought I had dealt with my feelings it was good to talk to people other the weekend although it was hard . Im still not my self but feeling better then I was . Thanks to those who have put me with me the last few days and seen without saying anything how I was .
