Wow...in their very well, western designed, fancy style published magazine...ISIS brags about the slavery of the Yizidis in Iraq and then claims: Upon conquering the region of Sinjar in Wilāyat Nīnawā, the Islamic State faced a population of Yazidis, a pagan minority existent for ages in regions of Iraq and Shām. Their continual existence to this day is a matter that Muslims should question as they will be asked about it on Judgment Day, considering that Allah had revealed yat as-Sayf (the verse of the sword) over 1400 years ago. This arrogant attitude is the clear evidence to their ignorance, hence terrible interpretation of the legal texts. So if they acknowledge the Yazidis existed 1400 years ago, that was during the time of the best generations of Muslims according to the hadith, how come the most righteous generations did not exterminate them? And now only the self-claimed khilaafa of albaghdadi of ISIS today just discovered the terrible mistake the early Muslims did by not finishing them or enslave them? So ISIS is now here to fix the mistakes of 1400 years of Muslim interaction with the Yazidis and other non-Muslim minorities?!!! Ironically, instead of judging their own crooked interpretations of the text they are questioning the understanding of 1400 years legacy of great minds of Muslim scholars throughout the history of Islam. One more thing...they made their research concerning the Yazidis with their students of knowledge. And they also refered to opinions of contemporary scholars but then they didnt follow these scholars. Because they had their own research team. I wonder if their main source of research was Sheikh Google radiya Allahu anhu, and Wikipedia rahimahu Allah?!!
