Wow, just no words. I just read on old article where my next door neighbor that has cerebral palsy was arrested a few years ago and charged with drunk driving because he could not pass a field sobriety test because he cant walk or talk well. His brother lives next door to him and helps him out. The brother tried to explain it to the police but said they told him to be quiet and wouldnt listen. I think they sued the city and won.
