Wow...what a night! Its a long story but Im going to share it anyways. And of course, it was on a bus. After leaving Wal-Mart I went to the bus station to get my bus home. A man and a woman were waiting with a child in a stroller. They were drinking wine out of the bottle and clearly were already drunk. The child was just there. Two young boys approached the couple and asked if they could try the wine. I was shocked they asked. Even more shocked the man let them have some. I was supposed to take route 10 to come home but instinct overtook and I jumped on the bus with them and sat by them. I was worried for the child. The couple started throwing children toys to the back of the bus where the two teenagers they met sat. We were sitting in the front seats close to the driver. I had text Jason Porter and told him what was going on. He said to tell the driver and he will call authorities. I was hesitant because Cleary the drunk couple will know I was the one who reported them and drunk people are unpredictable. Well, the driver spoke up and told them to stop throwing things. Yup, all hell broke loose. The drunk dude started shouting and cursing and yelling about communism. He was Russian, and he was pissed. He was trying to make his way to the driver and was stumbling and cursing and pushing the wife and child. I then said to the woman while she was trying to calm her husband that she should sit with the child out of the way. I did too tell her that drinking and toting around a child while intoxicated was a danger to her child and I was not about to just sit there and let them leave with the baby. Some of you may not agree with me on that But I felt right in doing so. Btw. ...she blew an F on the breathalyzer 1 hour after the incident. Long story short. Russian drunk guy attacked driver. I got punched in the head while blocking him from taking the child and a small indian man got choked while he was trying to keep the guy from attacking me again. Finally police showed. The drunk Russian dude is arrested and literally fought the police. ...dude was jacked up. Had to give a statement and all that. Meanwhile the Russian lady was just there with the child. Acting agitated and thats when they had her take the breathalyzer. She was loaded herself and got arrested for child endangerment. Its not going to be a happy ending. One can only hope though. But at least I wont see a baby hurt because her parents were so drunk they couldnt take care of her. And thank you so much to the man that helped. The bus was full and not one other person on the bus got up to help but a man from India who has only been in this country a year and was the size of my 13 yr old daughter. So thankyou. .
