Wow what an Amazing year thus far after my choosing to retire from my full time gig as a Chef after 35 years this time last year.... Thanks to everyone that has supported my dreams & to those who have given me so many opportunities to express my passions & continue for me to give back of what I love doing so much throughout the industry & beyond..., Its been nothing short of being exciting to travel and be a part of so many Events around Australia & Im looking forward to all the New things heading into 2015!! I would like to wish you All the safest and Happiest Xmas yet xxxx
