Wow!!! you do all that you can and when the scores go up and you see your affiliate name not on the list there is this DEEP feeling of disappointment in the system. Coming equal 30th doesnt get you an invite to regionals? Im sure there is elation from the teams that have earned their passage to represent their affiliates at regionals. CrossFit Broadbeach wishes all those athletes and affiliate owners all the very best come May. We at CrossFit Broadbeach believe that we have also earned the right to compete in Woollongong. (No miss reps, no bullshit scores, all the correct weight). Thank you to all of the CrossFit Broadbeach members and supporters who have followed our athletes over the last few months. From HQ Hi Drew, From what I can see, CrossFit Broadbeach, is tied for 30th place with CrossFit Wollongong. In this situation we utilize the tie break method that is outlined in the Rulebook here: iii. Ties on the overall Leaderboard will be broken by awarding the best position to the Athlete or Team who has the highest result in any single workout. If Athletes or Teams are still tied, the process continues to their next highest single result, and so forth. Ties will not be broken for single event results. More than one Athlete or Team can share an event result and all will earn the original point value. Rules is rules. Time to work harder for next season wheres my Snickers Bar!!!! Hahaha Cheers Drew
