(Written by my mother, Helen) This info is a bit late but better late than never......right! In September, after Andrews wedding, we took a group of friends to Sibon for an after party. Exhausted from the wedding, we asked Annemie Van Zyl Nel to cater for us for the six days. I have to share with you what a wonderful job she did on our behalf. We didnt have to worry about the food, the cooking or the table set up....she did it all. The menu choices were great and the food she cooked was quite amazing. Annemies presentation and table decorations on a day to day basis were so creative. Our guests were blown away by their experience and we all left Sibon happy bunnies. Outstanding job Annemie, thank you very much!
