Dumbbells Squats are one of the safest method in doing your own training. Yes its safer than a barbell but you cant hold much weight. Thats really the only downfall. Follow my lead as I demonstrate how to properly execute the exercise. Start off using light weights until you get the motions right. Keep your feet shoulder width apart, knee behind the biggest toe and squat until you leg is nearly parallel to the ground. Perfect! Your on your way to shedding those unwanted pounds.
