X Factor 2014: Week of specials ahead of new series! A week of X Factor specials has been planned for the return of the show later this month. From August 25 through to August 29, ITV2 will be putting on a series of one-off shows about the eleventh series. They’ll air at 8PM and be hosted by new Xtra Factor presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford. On Monday, August 25, The Boss Is Back will focus – unsurprisingly – on Simon Cowell and his return to the UK series after three years away in the US. On Tuesday, August 26, Cheryl Cole looks back on her past history on the show and her much anticipated return in new episode Cheryl Looks Back. On the Wednesday, August 27, the spotlight is on none other than Louis Walsh has he talks about a hugely impressed ELEVEN YEARS on the ITV series. Then on the Thursday, August 28, Sarah-Jane will join forces with Dermot O’Leary to take a look at The Wonderful World of The X Facto. Finally, finishing the week off on Friday, August 29, The X Factor: Your Top Ten will the see top ten viewer moments from the pass ten years revealed. It’s expected that The X Factor 2014 will then premiere at the weekend.
