XFINITY ... Website contradicts just about everything the agents tell you! Even more interestingly is the packages that the website offers you (even though the information describing them is wrong) are actually not available to me (even though I was logged in to MY ACCOUNT). So obvious question in mind - I tried online chat - the online chat agent has so little information available to him that he couldnt even see what package I already had. The second agent I spoke with had what I think to be accurate information but I got disconnected before we could get to any action. The third agent, while nice enough, had no authority to make any changes to my account.... Moral of the story: Ask for the Customer Care Group (regardless of all the buttons you pushed) - they are the only group that has the authority to do anything (read everything) you need done to your account. Oh and $40 a month magically vanished from my monthly bill. Customer Experience Score - 1 out of 10 Bad information, inaccurate website, plans not available as advertised, agents not empowered to give information, or make changes. You got the 1 because the final agent was actually able to make the changes. xfinity
