YES and YAAAAAS! I think makeup can be a fun, empowering, and artistic tool- but often... it is TERRIBLE for your skin and if utilized inappropriately can be a real depressant on your self esteem. While there ARE positive aspects to makeup (it can be a fun way to express ones self!!) - I personally NEVER wear it when Im not working and 90% of the time unless required for a character will NEVER wear it on film either.
