YOLANDA: ABOUT EPAL At this point in time, I dont really mind EPAL Politicians trying to project themselves only to advance their causes for 2016... because in the end, so long as the GOODIES GO DIRECTLY to the VICTIMS, which is most immediate in this time of chaos and confusion, the end WINNERS are the SURVIVORS themselves... Anyway, WHO IS NOT DOING IT THIS TIME??? Politicians, Government Offices and even NGOs put their names and LOGOS in relief bags (O, DIBA EPAL NAMAN LAHAT!?!) with or without the intent of flaunting their names and promote their cause and make their names known. LETS LEAVE IT TO 2016 and JUDGE them for what they did and for what they are as PUBLIC SERVANTS... Whats BAD is, CONFISCATING and DELAYING the distribution of these RELIEF GOODS only to be able to promote BUREAUCRATIC RED TAPE and SACRIFICE the PEOPLE of the VISAYAS only to SHOW the WORLD that this GOVERNMENT is a FUNCTIONAL ONE. GOOD GOVERNANCE DICTATES that during CALAMITIES, they must FACILITATE things and NOT MAKE IT DIFFICULT for the people to BENEFIT from what is SUPPOSEDLY THEIRS in the first place! I am not saying EPAL is good... what I am saying is, EPAL or NO EPAL, the VICTORY in THIS current SITUATION MUST BE GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE OF THE VISAYAS...GIVE them what they NEED,... NOW!!!
