YOU ARE BORN TO REIGN AND HAST MADE US UNTO OUR GOD KINGS AND PRIESTS: AND WE SHALL REIGN ON THE EARTH. REVELATION 5:10 We were to reign to His will! It is the will of our heavenly Father that we reign, not just in heaven but here on earth! It is a reversal of order when a child of God is being conquered and defeated by the wicked forces of this life. We are of a different stock-the divine stock, configured to conquer, packaged to prevail, wired to win and born to reign! This may be too big for your mind to comprehend, that is why you need to light up your spirit-man with the Word of God so that you may see yourself the way God sees you.“The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD…..”Prov 20:27 You may be trying hard to figure out how you came into God’s picture? Christ Himself said“you did not choose me, but I (JESUS) chose you and appointed you to go……….”.John 15:16 This implies that you have not been chosen because you are better than anyone else but by His grace and this is why we are called the righteousness of God in Christ! Read this:“For He hath made Him (JESUS) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” 2Cor.5:21 That scripture should give you a crystal-clear understanding that you are beloved of God! You are now one with Him and you are declared righteous by the death of His Son on the cross.“We are now children of God through faith in Him.”Galatians 3:26. You must understand that you now carry His nature and you are no longer a slave to anything or anybody but a child of God! “So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and since you are a son, God has made you also an heir.” Galatians 4:7 Now listen, this will definitely change your life: Everything procreates after its own kind, that is,like begets like!The son of an elephant is an elephant, the kid of a goat is a goat, the child of a dog is a dog, therefore a child of God must carry God in his nature and traits. You must look like Him and talk like Him because by virtue of the new birth, you have become a spirit-being in human flesh. Now you should understand why Jesus said “He that is born of the flesh is flesh and He that is born of the Spirit is spirit.” John 3:6and inJohn 4:24 God is a Spirit……………”that should change your perspective forever that you are no longer a natural being but a supernatural being! You were born to reign to His glory on earth, you cannot be molested anymore! Sicknesses and diseases can no longer dwell in your body because you are a spirit-being in human flesh, you carry God and He’s in you. You have been sent to lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. It means you cannot be called “sick” any more by the hand of God in your life;Mark 16:17-18. In fact you are a sign and light to your world! The bible says we have been transposed from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of His dear Son-the kingdom of light which means darkness no longer has dominion over you. You cannot be called weak anymore! ReadColossians 1:13 New birth is not an adjustment of lifestyle but you have been transposed from the natural realm to the supernatural realm where you co-heir with Christ and you are bound to reign on earth, a pathfinder and a solution provider by the hand of God working in your life! Christianity is not a religion but the way, because when you give your life to Christ you become a new creation to live a new life which is the real life that puts you in command and carries you above every work of darkness that keeps natural people in bondage. You are superior because you are from above, the bible says “He that is from above is above all”and that is where you belong! However, you need to know what it takes to reign in life! You don’t just wake up one day and begin to reign, you must find out what to do! I will briefly share with you one of the many things to do:Seek the Lord.You have the sole responsibility to search the scriptures for yourself so as to know who God says you are, to have what God says you should have and become what God has ordained you to become! Ignorance is one of the most potent tools in the hands of the enemy and he will do all that he can to keep you ignorant and spiritually blind so that you may not see what belongs to you! Many people only carry around their bibles for religious purposes instead of relentlessly reading, studying, searching and meditating on it! O how the devil loves to keep us ignorant! If you are diligent enough to search the scriptures, you will find the covenant promises pertaining to your own peculiar situation and that’s the way out because God can never deny His word!“Seek out of the book of the LORD and read: not one of these (details of prophecy) shall fail… (Isaiah 34:16AMP)” You’vegot to read!!! If you don’t read, how do you know what belongs to you?Jesus Himselfsaid“Search the scriptures!”Don’t forget“he that seeketh findeth!” Luke 11:10.
