YOU ARE STRONG. You are stronger than any amount of weight you lift or weight you lose. Your true strength lives at the core of your very existence. You dont need to prove it with bravado, defend it with force or protect it with and iron fist. You certainly dont need 6-pack abs to show it off! The irony of it all is you need only relax and develop trust that your divine strength can never be taken from you or beaten out of you by anyone or any circumstance. Mistrust in yourself might show up as depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive thoughts/behaviors. Pay attention today to these feelings as they arise. When they show up, ask yourself where in your body do you need a reminder of how strong you are so that you can build up that trust? If its your legs, do some squats. If its your core, try some crunches. If you are feeling weak in your arms, bust out a few push-ups. #bodywise #truth #strength
