YOU GUYS!!!! This! THIS is what I am ALWAYS talking about FIND YOUR FUN ... if more common activities were MADE fun (by you!) you would want to do them. Instead of doing a boring workout dvd or something you hate... do something FUN! The first 100 pounds I lost was with dancing. Yes, I did strength training, etc but it was 80% DANCING and changing my eating habits. Its not overnight, its not a miracle thing, but its all in the enjoyment... MAKE IT FUN!!
