YOU HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD!!! And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear…(Luke 21:25-26). The events we see in the world today are indications that these are difficult times. Many are disturbed, distraught, and perplexed about their health, finances, jobs, and businesses. Though the Scriptures declare that perilous times will come upon the earth, the believer is enjoined not to fear: "… In the world you shall have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]" (John 16:33 AMP).
