A crisis that just may allow the doing of the things that could not be done before. • Like practice the implementation of Martial Law. • Like test the effectiveness of militarized local police forces. • Like turning specific groups of people into useful idiots. • Like testing the effective lethality of new ammo. You take expedient advantage of tragedy, you fan the flames of unrest, you race-bait, you enjoy the full benefit of favorable media bias.
