YOUNG HOTELIERS, RESTAURATEURS BRING BACK THE POWER CONFERENCE The much-awaited National Young Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Power Conference (YHRPC) is now back for the fourth time. Organized by the students of De La Salle University-Dasmarinas, the YHRPC will feature empowering topics and discussions to young hoteliers and restaurateurs to be brought in by top caliber speakers such Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, Bobby Horrigan (Hotelier of the Year 2012 and General Manager of Acacia Hotel), Mr. Vic Alcuaz (President of Association of Human Resources Managers in the hospitality industry) and Mr. Eugene Yap (President of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines). The Conference to be held on September 9, 2013 at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm will be attended by tertiary students from different schools nationwide. To highlight the event, the 5th National Ultimate Flair Championship will be held and will be participated by the best student flair tenders nationwide. Watch out as Joe Mari Daquigan Castillo, 2012 UFC CHAMPION defends his title. Last year’s event was attended by students from different regions namely, Olivarez College Tagaytay, Colegio de San Juan de Letran, De La Salle-Lipa, Colegio de Sta. Monica, University of Baguio, University of St. La Salle- Bacolod, DMC College Foundation, University of Immaculate Conception-Davao, Lyceum of the Philippines- Cavite Grad School, Cavite State University Grad School, Santa Isabel College, Emilio Aguinaldo College- Cavite, and Isabela State University.
