YOUR INVITED TO THE SKUNKFEST 2013 TO WHERE WE CATER TO OUR VENDORS We will come to you with free snacks through the day. We want YOU to be part of the 2013 Skunk Fest. What better way to spend a day and get the word out on your business or organization. VENDOR AGREEMENT - RAIN or SHINE SkunkFest 2013 Location: South Central Park, 7565 Avon Belden Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039 SkunkFest hours are 10:00 am-5:00 pm All vendors must be set up by 9:00 AM, September 14, 2013. You are welcome to come early on Friday to set up. We will have people spending the night watching everything. Cost for setting up at our event is: Non-profits & Rescue groups - FREE~ 10x10 spot. NOT non-profit & stores - a donation of $25.00 per 10X10 spot. These proceeds go towards the insurance coverage for the day. Fund Raisers for Skunk Haven during event are acceptable and appreciated. Money is non-refundable after 08/31/2013. Non-Profit groups may raffle off one item for their own organization. No sales of food, soda, or candies are allowed (unless approved prior to the event). No other animals permitted, unless approved by Deborah Cipriani prior to the event. Vendors must bring their own tents, canopies, tables, etc. AC power will not be available. Use of portable generators will not be allowed during SkunkFest(10:00 am-6:00 pm) Vendor and their employee’s will not hold Skunk Haven or the City of North Ridgeville responsible for any accidents or damage that is done on the property between the dates of 09/13/2013 to 09/14/2013. The City of North Ridgeville requires we report a diagram and list of all participating vendors. All parties wishing to participate must sign this agreement no later than August 31, 2013.
