YOUR MISSION, should you choose to accept it: Become a rescue dog foster parent! September 1st (start up date) is just a month away and I want to add to our already strong arsenal! Right now, we have about 30 families that range from emergency to long-term fostering and that is just FANTASTIC. Winter 2013-14 was pretty hectic for us in The Pas and Flin Flon, having tons of puppies and dogs requiring shelter from the cold. Minus 50 is pretty chilly when you have bare pads on your feet and a bare nose! Even if you can spare an evening in your porch, a week in your home, or a long-term stay until adoption, wed LOVE to have you! Email us at thepawrescue@gmail for an application. Oh! Did I mention that fostering is at NO COST to you? Yep, completely free! You get all vetting, food and kennels, toys and leashes, collars and extras! All YOU need to provide is some excellent TLC!
