YS 11 learners, reminder from the Guidance Office: University of Santo Tomas Entrance Test (USTET) BATCH PROCESSING Batch Processing Application Period: July 14 –July 18, 2014 Testing Date: August 24, 2014 Release of Results:January 28, 2015 Note: Sir Von will process Batch 1 Test Application ONLY. Requirements must be submitted to Sir Von (Guidance Office) on or before the end of the application period. Applicants who will fail to submit the requirements on the deadline will be considered for the next application period ( individual processing). BATCH PROCESSING PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS: 1. Visit the myuste.ust.edu.ph:8888/onlineapplication/. Read the instructions then click REGISTER at the lower end of the page. 2. Click on the “Submit” button to finally submit your application form. Once data is successfully submitted, it can no longer be altered. 3. Take note of your reference number which will appear after application is successfully submitted. 4. Print your application form. 5. Submit the printed application form to Sir Von (Guidance Office) together with the other requirements: a. Clear photocopy of your birth certificate (NSO) b. Two (2) 2”x2” recent identical pictures with printed name and signature at the back. c. Photocopy of recent school I.D. c. Pay the following: -Application fee of Php 500.00 -Grades Processing fee of Php 100.00 DEADLINE: JULY 18, FRIDAY.
