Being tabled by my friend Makrand Narvekar and endorsed by all Shiv Sena,BJP and Independent Corporators, the issue has now been forwarded to the Municipal Commissioner for a report on its implementation. I would like to thank the Mayor of Mumbai for his support in this movement. The road ahead is that the proposal will be sent to the State Govt. for approval and amendments in certain Acts that regulate Shops and Establishments. If not the govt, one of our MLAs will table a Private Member Bill to amend the same. I appreciate your support in this movement and it is only your love that has made it possible. Keep up the love, I will always keep up my work.
