Yall know Ive had problems with my HONDA lawnmower. I had it worked on 3 times. First time, I was told there was water in the gas tank (??). They called me and said it was ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up...the mechanic tried to crank it in front of me...it did not start. I told him it was NOT fixed. So, I had to come back the next day. I took it home. It worked a couple of times. Then, again, problem returned. I took it back again. THAT time, they said it was because of DIRTY gas. They even showed me the swab that was saved in the zip lock bag...it looked like clay dirt like in my yard...so after they fixed my lawnmower, I took it home. I cranked it, gosh, they must have jacked up the idle (it was running high and gas went empty before I completed my yard (only .19 acres). After a week and a half, today, I tried to crank the lawnmower...you guess it! It would NOT work again. I was frustrated. I went by the store (Home Depot) and requested to speak with the manager. Spoke with him, explained to him. He was very nice, easy-going, etc. His name was Ron. He replaced my lawnmower for a new one and even gave me a gas tank along with Sta-bil liquid, no charge. Hopefully, this lawnmower will last alittle longer than the last one!
