If you are a shipper or receiver and the load is really critical you give it to FedEx or UPS. Among the general transport companies like I drive for 70% of loads just dont matter because the receivers just dont care or know that they are coming. 25% of loads are critical just to your companys dispatch and customer service because they have rescheduled appointments so many times and only 5% are actually critical. Just Saying. :-)
