Yamileth Tejada watched in a courtroom Friday as Orlando Mitchell, the man accused of gunning down her 23-year-old son, at times cried while a judge arraigned him on a murder charge that could send him to prison for the rest of his life. Later, as she stood with family outside the courthouse, Tejada made it clear that Mitchell’s tears didnt move her.
